1. Orders are accepted via the website www.e-ciggy.com
a) Placing an order is also a declaration that the customer agrees to the rules for using the online store.
b) Delivery of goods occurs usually within one working day of us successfully receiving a completed order. However, the maximum time is 10 business days.
2. We reserve the right to extend the period of shipment in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
3. Settlement of transactions is made through PayPal or by bank direct deposit.
We protect your privacy. We use the information gathered to enable access to your account and for shipping purposes.
E-ciggy.com will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party.
We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.
Customers should be aware that all our products do not contain nicotine and they are not medical devices or therapeutic goods (all our products are not quit smoking aids).
Please choose carefully when purchasing merchandise as there is no refund offered for "change of mind".
After receiving the delivery, the customer should check if the content is consistent with the order, and that the goods were not damaged in transport.
It is the policy of E-ciggy.com to exchange goods that may have been damaged in transport. The customer has 7 days within which the item must be returned by registered postage.
Purchased goods are delivered to the address indicated on the order form. We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect details provided in orders by customers and costs associated with shipping to the wrong address and re-shipping to the correct address are the responsibility of the Customer.
We suggest selecting the registered post shipping method as it requires a signature on delivery and is usually a safer delivery method. There are four delivery methods which you can select: Ordinary Parcel (for ordinary postage), Ordinary Parcel with signature (Registered Post), Express Post (for ordinary postage, but with a quicker delivery time) and Express Post with signature (registered postage and a fast delivery time). All goods are securely packed and tracking numbers are available on request to prove that goods were lodged for postage. However, we are not responsible for the unlikely scenario of goods being lost during postage where a customer chooses the “Parcel Post” or “Express Post” shipping methods.
Packaging and shipping costs are paid by the purchaser.
The warranty is 14 days and it covers products that are marked with a guarantee from the store. Other products not covered by warranty.
The warranty does not cover defects arising from: operating products in a manner which is inconsistent with its purpose; using the product contrary to label instructions; and mechanical damage, excessive dirt or moisture. The warranty does not cover normal operational activities related to the use of the product (including periodic cleaning).
The warranty does not cover claims for items subject to normal wear (eg batteries). The warranty will expire if the product is interfered with by unauthorized persons.
Customers should be aware that our atomisers and rechargable batteries are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time. As you can appreciate, due to health standards we cannot refund or accept returns once used.
